What you will do

• Develop AI-native software and use AI across planning, design, implementation, testing, refactoring, and maintenance.
• Solve complex technical problems while maintaining code quality, security, architecture, scalability, and reliability.
• Build and operate features on an AI-powered platform used by millions of users.
• Work with production AI agents, including tool calling, context management, and evaluations.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and, if interested, the open-source community.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in tech-first product companies or high-growth startups.
• Daily use of AI coding tools as the primary workspace across the full software lifecycle, while maintaining high standards for architecture, quality, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Hands-on production experience with agents, including tool calling, context management, evaluations, and cost and latency trade-offs.
