Full Stack Engineer, AI Agents

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel

Build an agentic platform that helps creators, podcasters, marketers, and major brands produce professional audio and video content, including videos, podcasts, webinars, and livestreams.

What you will do

• Build and own agent-powered features end to end using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Implement agents that combine audio, video, and text context to create and edit content.
• Build generative experiences for content creation, platform insights, and direct integration into editing workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Product to clarify goals, challenge unclear tasks, and shape solutions.
• Move across product areas and stakeholders, manage dependencies, and flag blockers early.
• Use AI tools in design, development, and debugging while critically reviewing their output.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer with strong full-stack skills in Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Hands-on experience with AI architectures and agent frameworks such as Mastra or similar.
• Ability to context-switch and prioritize effectively when work is interrupted.
• Clear, proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to make decisions under ambiguity and move quickly.
• Drive to grow and willingness to take on challenging work.
• Care for the product and its users.

Nice to have

• Experience with audio, video, or media processing.
