Senior National Account Manager (FMCG)

Location: Hybrid role based at the UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey, with three days per week in offices, with external partners, or customers, and two days typically from home.

Salary: £68,680–£90,400 per year.

• Monitor performance and adjust account strategies as needed.
• Improve sales forecasting and supply chain planning efficiency.
• Act as a visible leader and influencer across the business.

Requirements

• Account management experience with leading UK&I retailers, or FMCG buying experience with a leading retailer.
• Proven record of delivering strong business results and exceeding targets.
• Clear understanding of executing winning plans with key retailers.
• Experience managing and improving sales forecasts and trade fund budgets.
• Successful examples of leadership and passion for winning.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Must have the right to work in the UK from the first day of employment; evidence is required at the conclusion of the recruitment process.
