Working Student/Intern - Value Stream Planner (Human)

Location: Onsite in Metzingen / Riederich, Germany

hirify.global is building robotic systems and establishing a new production system for series production.

What you will do

• Support the introduction of the manufacturing execution system, including data preparation and testing.
• Create and maintain work instructions with Production and Quality.
• Help design and improve assembly and testing processes.
• Contribute to value stream analyses and implement process improvements.
• Maintain production documentation, including bills of materials and FMEA.
• Prepare analyses of production KPIs and collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics.

Requirements

• Currently studying, ideally at master's level, in industrial engineering, production engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Available for 3 to 6 months and able to work onsite in Metzingen / Riederich, Germany.
• Basic knowledge of lean methods; initial exposure to an MES is preferred.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Structured and independent working style, with an interest in working on the shop floor.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.

Nice to have

• First practical experience in production or process planning, for example through an internship or working student position.
