Transportation Operations Specialist – Mandarin Speaker (m/f/d) (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor domestic and international transportation activities.
• Plan transport schedules with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Track shipments and ensure timely collection and delivery.
• Resolve transportation delays, delivery discrepancies, and other operational issues.
• Maintain transportation data, shipment records, and documentation.
• Monitor carrier performance, prepare operational reports, and identify ways to improve transport efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Experience in transportation operations, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Fluency in Mandarin and a good command of English are essential.
• Strong organisational skills and a structured, reliable approach to work.
• Practical approach to solving problems and managing changing priorities.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Nice to have

• Qualification in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field.
• German language skills.
• Experience with transportation management systems.
