D365 CRM Developer (Dynamics 365)

Location: Leeds city centre, UK, with hybrid working including one day per week from home; client visits primarily across Yorkshire and the North of England.

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per annum.

hirify.global is recruiting for a growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform business delivering CRM projects for SME clients.

What you will do

• Lead Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and bespoke projects for SME clients.
• Spend approximately 60–70% of the time delivering hands-on work across multiple client projects.
• Lead technical solution design, manage project scope, and support project planning.
• Develop solutions with Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform, including client-facing requirements analysis.
• Mentor and develop the technical delivery team while improving project delivery processes.
• Attend client sites primarily across Yorkshire and the North of England.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Strong Power Platform development experience, including Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps, and Canvas Apps.
• Experience with Power BI, Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise, Customer Insights, API integrations, and Document Core Pack.
• Strong JavaScript development skills and experience delivering Dynamics 365 implementations and bespoke CRM solutions.
• Ability to lead technical design, manage project scope, and work across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organisation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience supporting or mentoring team members.
• Project management experience or willingness to develop project management skills.
• Understanding of SME clients and delivering solutions aligned with their business needs.

• Experience with PCF control development.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Previous technical leadership or team mentoring experience.
