Senior Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

What you will do

• Design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for customer service, sales, case and workflow management, and custom business scenarios.
• Build Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and PCF controls where required.
• Implement Dataverse data models, business rules, security roles, environment strategies, and application lifecycle management processes.
• Deliver integrations with developers using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, plug-ins, and related services.
• Shape requirements and solution approaches with business and technical stakeholders, advise clients, and support platform adoption and pre-sales activities.
• Support planning, estimation, sprint delivery, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and mentoring of consultants and developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, security, environment management, and solution management.
• Experience designing or integrating Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or API Management.
• Strong understanding of C#, .NET, Dataverse plug-in development, JavaScript form customisation, and REST APIs.
• Experience working in Agile and sprint-based delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or intelligent automation experience.
• Power Pages design and governance, PCF, or Power BI data modelling and dashboards.
• Experience in regulated or public-sector delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD for Power Platform solutions, including Pipelines or Git Repos.
• Understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, or Data Lake architectures.
