Head of National Salesforce Platform (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid/flexible working in the United Kingdom, combining regular attendance at a hirify.global main office with remote work from home; national travel is required for site visits and business meetings.

Salary: £62,404–£68,433 per annum, plus a Recruitment and Retention Allowance of up to £10,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Lead and deliver the development and integration of a critical CRM system.
• Act as the lead Salesforce professional and make recommendations on platform direction.
• Influence and drive business decisions to improve organisational performance.
• Enable strategic decision-making at site, district, and national levels through improved data analytics.
• Own business-critical system functionality supporting 365 business operations across the nation's forests.

Requirements

• Relevant Salesforce professional experience sufficient to lead a national Salesforce platform.
• Experience developing and integrating critical CRM systems.
• Ability to make recommendations and influence business decisions.
• Ability to improve organisational performance through data analytics and support strategic decision-making.
• Ability to support business-critical functionality across a distributed national operation.
• Accurate spoken English is required.
