Salesforce Administrator

Location: Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom

Base salary: GBP 40K–45K annually, excluding annual bonus and equity when applicable.

Banyan Software acquires and grows specialized software businesses worldwide. Atamis provides analysis and management tools for public and private sector organisations and is expanding its Cardiff-based software team.

What you will do

• Configure Salesforce and the Atamis application ecosystem to support product releases, product customisation, and improved user experience.
• Scope, manage, and implement configuration change requests with Professional Services.
• Collaborate with Development on post-installation guides, upgrade management, and smooth client deployments.
• Resolve product-related escalations and support positive client outcomes.
• Configure and implement third-party integrations through Salesforce AppExchange and document the end-to-end process.
• Build dashboards, templates, reports, and stakeholder relationships while maintaining knowledge of Salesforce and Atamis capabilities.

Requirements

• Confident use of Salesforce administration tools, including object and field customisation, formulae, flows, and approval processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to processes and accuracy.
• Ability to manage a varied workload, use initiative to solve problems, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working on software implementation or configuration projects.
