Junior Associate Director, Operations Solutions, Operations Training

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; hybrid workplace

Salary: CAD 68,250–100,100 yearly

What you will do

• Support onboarding and ongoing development for Operations employees.
• Design, deliver, maintain, and improve operational training programmes aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Operations teams to improve global training quality, digitise content, and align deliverables across regions.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
• Develop, review, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and learning documentation.
• Track training completion, learner feedback, and effectiveness metrics; maintain accurate, controlled, audit-ready documentation and escalate risks or capacity concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Learning & Development, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of Fund Administration or Investor Operations experience.
• Training or learning qualifications are desirable, including CIPD, Train-the-Trainer, or instructional design certification.
