Manager, GPO Delivery & Optimization (Healthcare Supply Chain)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel 21–40% within the US.

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead execution of account workplans and independently manage assigned GPO programs from activation through renewal.
• Own GPO portfolio lifecycle activities, including tier activation, renewals, distributor contract audits, roster accuracy, and administrative fee revenue accuracy.
• Coordinate with contracting, portfolio subject-matter experts, analytics, pharmacy, food, and portfolio advisor teams to remove blockers and deliver category strategies.
• Execute contract activations, amendments, and renewals with distributors and suppliers, while driving category adoption and contract performance.
• Use hirify.global technology, AI, Power BI, MVE, and other analytics resources to model contracting scenarios, communicate value, and support measurable savings and growth.
• Advise member stakeholders, align supply chain and pharmacy goals, manage account plans and KPIs, and resolve ambiguous issues independently.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of applicable experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Self-starter mindset, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to make independent decisions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with member stakeholders and other audiences in person and electronically.
• Ability to operate computer programs and software and work collaboratively with colleagues in an environment with interruptions.

Nice to have

• 5+ years in account management, category management, sourcing or contracting, or healthcare supply chain.
• Experience analyzing data and clearly communicating insights to member stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of GPO contract lifecycle management and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and AI-enabled analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree.
