BI Developer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business users.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate business processes into data models and reporting solutions.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Develop datasets and visualizations focused on clarity, accuracy, information design, and storytelling.
• Ensure data integrity and security, automate reporting improvements, and support ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Excellent Power BI knowledge, including data modeling, DAX formulas, advanced dashboard design, and report optimization.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries for large and varied datasets.
• Deep understanding of information design and the ability to turn complex data into intuitive, insightful visualizations and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Fluent English and Russian are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or another highly regulated, data-intensive industry.
• Familiarity with other BI tools or programming languages, such as Python.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
