Talent Business Partner (HR)

Location: Hybrid in-office role at hirify.global's headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts, United States; Monday through Thursday in office and Friday working from home. This is not a fully remote role.

Annual base salary: USD 83,500–92,250.

What you will do

• Support the employee lifecycle for approximately 350 Corporate Supply Chain and Stores employees, including onboarding, performance development, performance management, stay and exit interviews, and offboarding.
• Execute talent programs such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent planning, campus hiring and onboarding, and engagement surveys.
• Advise managers on underperformance, documentation, employee experience, employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, ADA/LOA/RTO cases, visa and immigration cases, and offboarding.
• Audit and maintain employee records across HRIS systems, manage Workday and email workflows, update SOPs, and support data integrity.
• Run HR reports, track metrics, analyze trends, maintain budget tools, and provide recommendations using Workday, Visier, and related data.
• Partner with central talent functions and business leaders on training, engagement improvements, organizational design, restructuring, and broader talent projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a dedicated HR Generalist role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
• Ability to use independent judgment, solve problems, be creative, and answer questions.
• Ability to partner effectively and respectfully with individuals at varying organizational levels.
• Comfort adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including Google Suite and HRIS systems.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification.
