Senior IT Project Manager – OT Infrastructure in Pharma

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end IT/OT infrastructure projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
• Coordinate implementation, upgrades, and maintenance of industrial networks, servers, virtualization, and related infrastructure systems.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, deliverables, documentation, reporting, and governance.
• Coordinate IT, OT, engineering, automation, manufacturing, quality assurance, validation, and external vendor stakeholders.
• Ensure GMP/GxP compliance, data integrity, infrastructure qualification and validation, and integration between IT and OT environments.
• Manage suppliers and system integrators while applying industrial cybersecurity practices and minimizing disruption to manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
• Significant IT project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing or another highly regulated industry.
• Proven experience managing IT/OT infrastructure projects in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of servers, virtualization, storage, networking, and infrastructure services, plus familiarity with OT environments, industrial networks, automation systems, and manufacturing infrastructure.
• Experience working in GMP/GxP-regulated environments.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, external vendors, risks, issues, and changes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, organizational, coordination, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of computer system validation (CSV) and/or computer software assurance (CSA).
• Experience integrating IT/OT infrastructure in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of industrial network architecture and segmentation, server infrastructure, virtualization, data center technologies, and GMP-compliant validated systems.
• Experience with MES, SCADA, DCS, and PLC environments.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, industrial security frameworks, GAMP 5, and ISA/IEC 62443 standards.
