Founders Associate (GTM / RevOps / Growth)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid with 3+ days per week in the office

Compensation: €60,000–€70,000 annually plus equity.

hirify.global is building a collaborative scheduling platform for construction to help project teams coordinate work, identify delays early, and keep complex projects on track. The company works with leading construction companies and is backed by Earlybird, Newion, and industry angels.

What you will do

• Work directly with the CEO and commercial team, combining analysis with hands-on execution.
• Shadow the sales team, understand customer processes, and learn the construction industry.
• Lead GTM and growth projects involving CRM improvements, TAM mapping, pipeline reporting, and commercial workflows.
• Support customer retention, rollouts within existing accounts, pricing initiatives, and market-segment analysis across domestic and international markets.
• Discover and implement AI-supported workflows for account research, contact research, and CRM maintenance.
• Take increasing ownership of Revenue Operations by improving pipeline reliability, reporting, CRM workflows, and commercial-engine gaps.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in business, management, economics, or a related field.
• Early-career profile, such as internship experience, recent graduation, or a first full-time role.
• GTM experience from a fast-paced startup, consulting, venture capital, or mature technology company.
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach; comfort with numbers; ability to question assumptions and validate data against customer reality.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, including proactive reporting.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with ambiguity, context switching, and taking ownership without perfect structure.
• Fluent German and English.
