Agent - Air Export Operations (Logistics)

What you will do

• Ensure smooth, timely, and compliant air export freight processes.
• Enter operational data accurately and track and trace air export files and reporting.
• Communicate arrival notices and respond to overseas, internal, external, and customer requests.
• Arrange international shipments while meeting customer service standards and maintain relationships with airlines, trucking companies, and other suppliers.
• Manage accurate client and vendor billing, maintain updated customer SOPs, and meet company KPIs.
• Identify process improvements, use Tree View daily, and escalate problems to management when necessary.

Requirements

• Effective interpersonal skills, including listening, comprehension, and clear, concise communication.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
