Manager (Logistics Operations)

What you will do

• Set up and manage internal processes for effective execution of EPIcenter operations.
• Coordinate with EPIcenter functions and hirify.global offices.
• Lead, motivate, supervise, train, and coach team members.
• Monitor team performance against EPIcenter standards, policies, SOPs, QC logs, GNC reports, KPI reports, volume summaries, and leave balances.
• Review processes and procedures, implement improvements, and maintain continuous improvement of the hirify.global Management System.
• Ensure legislative compliance, update SOPs with new requirements, and communicate clear instructions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team while ensuring compliance with standard working processes, rules, and policies.
• Ability to provide training and coaching and promote a quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to persuade, convince, and influence team members when required.
• Ability to monitor operational workflows and ensure compliance with SOPs.
