Inside Sales Engineer (Maternity Cover)

Location: Hybrid role based in Sinzig, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany

What you will do

• Build strong relationships with external customers and provide technical assistance with quotations and specifications.
• Prepare timely quotations with supporting documentation and drawings for standard and customized solutions.
• Record quotations accurately, maintain departmental KPIs, and verify technical documentation, specifications, and customer purchase orders before contracts are booked.
• Respond to customer queries within pre-agreed timescales and provide high levels of customer service across global markets.
• Work closely with External Sales Teams and the Service department in a large team, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.

Requirements

• Basic engineering or technical knowledge.
• Experience dealing with quotations and providing exceptional customer service.
• Good communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English and German.

• Degree or engineering/technical qualification.
