Enterprise Delivery Lead (Legal AI)

Location: Edinburgh or London, United Kingdom; in-person office work or customer visits is the default.

hirify.global is building a legal operating system for in-house teams, combining AI agents, human legal judgment, workflow management, and integrations in one legal technology platform used by more than 500 companies.

What you will do

• Own complex enterprise customer engagements from kickoff through go-live and handover.
• Build and manage project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, timelines, risks, and governance.
• Coordinate Legal Engineers and Deployment Engineers so configuration and integration workstreams progress together.
• Act as the main delivery contact for customers and run kickoffs, steering committees, status reporting, and decision tracking.
• Identify and escalate delivery risks, manage scope changes, and support customer readiness, rollout, and training.
• Turn delivery learnings into templates, governance models, planning standards, and improvement patterns for the Transformation team and Product.

Requirements

• Experience running complex enterprise technology implementations or programmes, ideally in SaaS and legal technology.
• A track record of delivering multi-workstream projects on time with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including General Counsel, CIOs, and procurement, with the ability to hold a room.
• Technical understanding of integrations, SSO, and configuration sufficient to plan delivery and identify risks.
• Strong understanding of how in-house legal teams work, or the curiosity to learn quickly.
• Disciplined approach to scope, governance, and documentation without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Calmness under pressure and sound judgment about when to escalate.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise SaaS, legal technology, CLM, technology consulting, legal operations, or implementation management.
