Product Manager (Carbon)

Location: US Region — mobile work, or the UK (England and Wales). Collaboration requires overlapping hours across US and UK time zones.

What you will do

• Translate product strategy into roadmaps, scoped features, measurable outcomes, and continuously prioritized backlogs.
• Conduct customer research, discovery, experimentation, and hypothesis validation to identify opportunities and improve product decisions.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and requirements definition through launch, optimization, and potential sunset.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sustainability Experts, and business teams to deliver reliable solutions and define product success metrics.
• Identify appropriate use cases for AI agents, write PRDs, and define evaluations, golden examples, quality standards, and governance documentation.
• Maintain product operations in Airfocus, communicate roadmap decisions and risks, and create enablement materials for internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional Product Manager experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
• Strong B2B SaaS experience with demonstrated end-to-end product ownership, including product launches and sunsetting.
• Strong technical understanding and confidence discussing system architecture, data models, integrations, APIs, and technical trade-offs with Engineering.
• Analytical skills including statistics fundamentals, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and data-informed decision-making.
• Experience with product requirements, discovery, hypothesis validation, and measuring product outcomes.
• Practical experience with AI-native products, agentic workflows, evaluations, golden examples, and governance documentation.
• Daily confidence using AI-powered tools and collaborative development environments such as GitHub, shared context repositories, Cursor, Claude, or comparable solutions.
• Customer empathy, ownership, sound judgment, prioritization skills, and an experimental, evidence-driven approach in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or compliance.
• Knowledge of carbon accounting and emissions reporting frameworks such as the GHG Protocol, CSRD, or Scope 1–3.
