Product Manager (AI)

hirify.global provides an AI routing and infrastructure layer for developers and enterprises to access, manage, and optimize AI usage across models and inference providers.

What you will do

• Own the provider marketplace roadmap, including provider dashboards, self-serve APIs, onboarding pipelines, prioritization, pricing, and quality mechanisms.
• Design, test, and scale market structures such as auctions, committed capacity, dynamic pricing, priority lanes, and service tiers.
• Build buyer controls, provider capacity tools, continuous evaluations, routing scorecards, and real-time failure diagnostics.
• Turn manual onboarding, model staging, pricing updates, and health checks into self-serve APIs with Engineering, Provider Development, and Provider Operations.
• Analyze request logs, routing metrics, and unit economics to identify unmet demand, stranded capacity, and broken incentives, then turn findings into product specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management, technical founder, or marketplace systems experience at the intersection of algorithmic decision-making, economics, and infrastructure.
• Experience with a scaled two-sided marketplace, exchange, or price-matching engine, including liquidity, price discovery, supply-demand balancing, and trust systems.
• Prior software engineering experience, Computer Science education, or equivalent technical depth; understanding of API design and engineering constraints.
• Fluency with LLM inference stacks, including caching, batching, quantization, and cost-performance tradeoffs.
• Hands-on use of code, data, and AI agents to analyze data, prototype workflows, and validate specifications.
• Strong commercial and economic judgment, including modeling margin and capacity tradeoffs and designing incentives for customers, providers, and the platform.
• High agency, velocity, and written clarity, with the ability to communicate with users and partners, prioritize scope, and ship quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience at an inference provider, AI lab, neo-cloud, or GPU cloud, or building infrastructure for model serving and routing.
• Experience designing auction mechanisms, spot or batch compute markets, SLA tiers, or dynamic pricing models.
• Experience building B2B seller or partner tooling, self-serve onboarding funnels, and partner analytics dashboards.
