Partner Solutions Architect (Hybrid Cloud)

Location: Hybrid role based in Hamburg, Germany, with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations and travel within the region.

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global’s technical strategy at partner conferences, industry forums, and joint events.
• Build and lead technical partner communities for CTOs, practice leads, and architects.
• Design and execute enablement strategies that help partners independently architect and sell modern data management and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Advise partners on complex architectures, storage integrations, proof-of-concept activities, and technical validations.
• Support joint go-to-market initiatives and co-selling programs to accelerate pipeline generation.
• Relay partner requirements to internal engineering, product, sales, systems engineering, solution architecture, and alliance teams.

Requirements

• Experience in technical pre-sales, systems engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, with a track record of driving success with partners, distributors, or system integrators.
• Solid understanding of modern IT infrastructures, hybrid cloud models, virtualization, and at least one key hyperscaler platform: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to understand AI and modern data workloads, with general familiarity with enterprise storage.
• Strategic business acumen and the ability to translate complex technical architectures into business value and customer outcomes.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for engaging technical staff and partner C-level executives.
• Coaching and mentoring ability, with a collaborative approach to influencing partner teams and driving mutual results.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English is required.
• Willingness to travel within the region is required.
