Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Miami, New York; Miami, USA preferred, with other US locations accepted.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution for strategic product launches and geographic expansions.
• Build integrated plans covering scope, timing, dependencies, stakeholders and requirements across Product, R&D, Legal, Licensing, Compliance, Operations, Partnerships, Marketing, Sales and Finance.
• Establish lightweight operating rhythms, including kickoffs, weekly coordination, status reporting, steering reviews and post-launch retrospectives.
• Track delivery, maintain RAID logs, surface risks and dependencies, remove blockers, and make scope, timeline and effort trade-offs visible.
• Own launch readiness checklists, gate checkpoints, go/no-go decisions and KPI reviews at three and six months after launch.
• Build hirify.global's program management framework and provide executives with a single source of truth on status, risks and decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, technical program management or similar cross-functional delivery roles, preferably in fintech.
• Track record of launching complex cross-functional initiatives end to end, including new markets, products or regulated offerings.
• Goal-oriented approach focused on business outcomes and KPIs rather than activity.
• Strong analytical skills for setting baselines, tracking progress, sizing trade-offs and supporting recommendations to leadership.
• Ability to lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Sales and Finance without direct authority.
• Strong planning skills in dependency mapping, risk management, launch readiness and go/no-go processes.
• Pragmatic, iterative approach and judgment about when process accelerates or slows execution.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams and seniority levels, including clear written, verbal and executive communication.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Program management experience in payments, FX, crypto or another fintech company.
• Experience with regulated launches, including licensing, AML/KYC controls, and banking or liquidity partner onboarding.
• Familiarity with FX markets, cross-border payments or stablecoin infrastructure.
• Experience building a program management function or framework from scratch.
• PMP, PgMP or similar certification.
