Project Manager (ERP Automation)

Location: Full-time hybrid position based in Munich or Cologne, Germany, with onboarding at the Zurich headquarters for at least one month, regular customer visits across the DACH region, and recurring in-person team days, all-hands, and offsites in Zurich and company hubs.

What you will do

• Run customer implementations end to end, including kickoff, scoping, planning, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Manage several customers in parallel and keep projects on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
• Work with customers to understand their processes and identify invalid process assumptions early.
• Coordinate Integrations Engineers, Technical Project Managers, and AI Automation Specialists.
• Manage scope and change requests deliberately, escalating budget or delivery risks early.
• Complete clean handovers to Consultants and the support organization at go-live.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Ability to manage several projects at once without losing control of delivery.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• Ability to demonstrate scope discipline, ownership, escalation judgment, client confidence, and structured execution under pressure.
