Business Change Agent Field Service PLM360/S4

What you will do

• Develop and execute change and adoption plans for the Field Service PLM360/S4 scope, including stakeholder and user-group mapping.
• Connect project teams with impacted users and address questions, concerns, and operational feedback.
• Create change narratives and coordinate leadership communications and local rollout information.
• Define learning needs and contribute to training concepts, materials, delivery planning, and reinforcement activities.
• Monitor readiness and adoption measures, initiate corrective actions, and build a local change champion network.
• Support testing, go-live preparation, launch communications, hypercare feedback loops, and lessons learned for future transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in organizational development, psychology, communication, business administration, engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• Long-term experience in organizational change, business transformation, digital adoption, or learning and enablement.
• Experience delivering international ERP, PLM, or digital transformation programs, with a strong understanding of operational Field Service dynamics and the impact of change on different roles.
• Expertise in stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, readiness planning, communication strategies, and measuring learning and adoption.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Fluent English required; willingness to travel internationally when required for workshops, training, readiness reviews, or go-live support.

Nice to have

• Certification or significant practical experience with recognized change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
