What you will do

• Design and implement integrated AI systems across hardware, software, firmware, and silicon components.
• Define AI systems architectures aligned with customer use cases, product specifications, and implementation constraints.
• Analyze and optimize systems for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop methods involving reinforcement learning, policy learning, computer vision, machine learning, and robotics.
• Deploy AI systems, conduct benchmark tests, simulate real-life environments, and document technical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, OEMs, ODMs, ISVs, SIs, model vendors, end customers, partners, and academic organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PhD is also applicable.
• 3+ years of hands-on AI systems engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years with a Master’s degree, or no prior professional experience with a PhD.
• Proficiency in deep learning algorithms, machine learning software frameworks, and AI system integration.
• Experience with hardware-software co-design, system prototyping, and performance optimization.
• Strong technical skills in reinforcement learning, policy learning, or computer vision.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts as actionable strategies for diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving technical challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience advancing AI research, contributing to product roadmaps, or influencing emerging AI trends.
