Senior Solution Architect

What you will do

• Manage and lead architecture projects within the Consulting & Engineering Services portfolio, ensuring customer objectives and timelines are met.
• Develop or lead solution architects in delivering technical solutions that meet customer requirements, demonstrate verifiable customer value, and align with portfolio offerings.
• Collaborate with Multi-Line Solution Architects to develop cohesive end-to-end customer solutions integrated across the broader solution portfolio.
• Translate business objectives and challenges into solution opportunities, evaluate technology options, and provide technical guidance on complex issues.
• Prepare solution sizing, costing, strategy, descriptions, and customer presentations; oversee project completion and report progress.
• Act as a trusted advisor while communicating with technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role with a technology or managed services provider.
• Experience providing technology leadership in high-value engagements within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience developing solution strategies, solution descriptions, and solution costing for pre-sales engagements and RFP/RFI responses.
• Prior engagement with senior client technical teams, such as Client Technical Lead, Chief Architect, or Chief Technologist, in a consultative or solutioning capacity.
• Strong expertise in at least one enterprise technology domain and industry, plus understanding of broader consulting and engineering offerings, market trends, and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.
• Effective written, oral, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Fluent English and Cantonese.
