Digital Tech Lead (Vue)

What you will do

• Provide technical direction and hands-on support for digital product and platform development.
• Work with project leads, vendors, IT, business units, CRM/data teams, and digital/SI partners to define requirements and deliver solutions within budget, timeline, quality, and business objectives.
• Contribute to technical architectures, integrations, migrations, software design, and prioritization of development and integration tasks.
• Lead CI/CD deployment pipelines across development, staging, and production environments.
• Conduct technical reviews, support testing and validation, and develop solutions focused on software stability and reliability.
• Coordinate releases, provide post-launch technical support, and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in technical design, system development, and implementation.
• Solid experience developing web portals and mobile apps with CRM, CMS, and multiple-system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS Cloud, Sitecore, Salesforce, Jenkins, and DevOps.
• Technical orientation, strong business acumen, and confidence working with designers and business teams.
• Ability to conduct technical feasibility studies for new ideas and digital projects.
• Self-motivation, ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and interact effectively with people at all levels.
• Literacy in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese is mandatory; fluent English and Cantonese are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in native iOS and Android app development.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as VueJS and React.
• Experience leading multiple external software development vendors.
• Passion for the latest technology and data.
