Senior Manager, Program Management (Insurance)

Location: DXC Singapore Campus, Singapore; regional travel across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines is required.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale insurance software implementation and transformation programs across multiple countries.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, including scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and overall alignment.
• Lead a delivery organization of approximately 150–200 resources, including multiple Project Managers.
• Manage executive-level client relationships with CIOs, CXOs, CEOs, and leadership teams.
• Establish program governance, executive reporting, change control, negotiations, and escalation resolution.
• Coordinate delivery across countries, teams, and workstreams throughout the multi-year program lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience as a Program Director, Senior Program Manager, or equivalent leading major technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale programs or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong background in software implementation and transformation program management.
• Experience leading large delivery organizations, ideally approximately 150–200 resources and multiple Project Managers.
• Experience leading multi-country or regional transformation programs spanning multiple years.
• Strong external client-facing stakeholder management experience at executive level.
• Ability to manage governance, scope, change control, escalations, deliverables, timelines, negotiations, and stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have

• Insurance software implementation or insurance transformation experience.
• Experience delivering core insurance platform transformation programs.
• Banking or financial services experience involving large-scale software implementations.
• Experience leading regional system rollouts or complex enterprise transformation programs.
