Project Manager (MedTech)

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate scope, budgets, risks, deployments, and communications for product lifecycle engineering projects.
• Coordinate with marketing, quality and regulatory, and supply chain teams to deliver products, parts, and materials on time and within specification.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and address risks and barriers affecting project objectives.
• Resolve technical issues and develop workable project solutions with managers and employees across the business.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Monitor industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes to support program and initiative success.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience within MedTech or another regulated industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with project management tools and hands-on project management for R&D or manufacturing projects.
• Understanding of medical device development activities across functions, including quality and regulatory.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with people at all organizational levels in a team environment.
