Planner / Senior Planner (Data Centre Construction)

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering the full scope, milestones, timelines, and critical path.
• Define ownership for project outcomes through Work Breakdown Structure methodology.
• Align schedules with execution plans, contracting, procurement, and project controls.
• Establish schedule baselines, manage periodic updates, and maintain integrated schedules at multiple review levels.
• Negotiate timelines and interdependencies between key partners and provide regular progress updates.
• Review external schedules for compliance with scheduling best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in planning or scheduling large-scale, complex projects, ideally data centre or pharmaceutical construction.
• Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment experience, with the ability to interpret and communicate findings to key partners.
• Working experience using Primavera P6 to build project schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment while managing priorities and deadlines.
