Senior Specialist, Strategic Events & Partnerships (Fintech)

Location: Singapore; remote role with up to 30% travel, collaborating with US-based colleagues through a follow-the-sun model.

What you will do

• Produce regional events across APAC and secure speaking and earned-media platforms for senior executives and the Strategy, Policy, and Communications team.
• Manage APAC partnerships with GFTN, industry associations, universities, and think tanks.
• Prepare speakers with approved messaging, briefs, and post-event feedback aligned with hirify.global’s strategic positioning.
• Maintain the speaking program, including inbound requests, the system of record, and the messaging library.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Legal on post-event content, including highlight clips and social drafts.
• Manage budgets, vendor and partner contracts, renewals, and executive support activities such as partner briefs and pipeline tracking.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in communications, policy, partnerships, or program management, ideally in financial services or digital assets.
• Experience producing events or speaker programs and managing budgets and vendor contracts.
• Strong judgment and the ability to prepare crisp, accurate briefs for senior executives.
• Confidence working with senior executives and earning their trust.
• Fluency with generative AI models such as ChatGPT and Claude, prompt development, and agentic workflows.

Nice to have

• Established network in APAC fintech or policy hirify.globals, or the ability to build one quickly.
• Experience coordinating across time zones with Marketing, Legal, and business teams.
• Experience or familiarity with Slack, macOS, and Google Workspace.
