HR Operations Lead (AI)

Location: Remote; conditions: Tel Aviv

What you will do

• Own, configure, optimize, and integrate the HRIS and broader HR technology stack.
• Manage and improve employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, leave, and offboarding, by building AI-powered workflows.
• Own global HR processes such as payroll coordination, performance and salary reviews, performance bonuses, and EOR and contractor administration.
• Automate processes and implement dedicated systems where needed.
• Create real-time people-data dashboards and partner with HR teams and managers across the company.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR operations, ideally in a global technology or gaming company.
• Hands-on HRIS experience and a track record of improving processes through systems.
• Experience building automations or AI-assisted workflows, with a clear vision for applying AI to HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of core HR processes and international employment arrangements, including EOR platforms such as Deel or Remote.
• Strong analytical and data skills.
• Ability to drive projects independently with attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
