HR Operations & Payroll Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead payroll and HR operations for Greece and international markets supported by HQ.
• Standardize and govern payroll and HR Operations processes, policies, and procedures across jurisdictions.
• Set the HR Operations and Payroll strategy across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Oversee global payroll compliance and support international payroll implementation and new market launches.
• Advise on complex employee relations cases and high-risk employee separations in Greece and HQ-supported markets.
• Lead and develop the Payroll and HR Operations team and ensure readiness for new market entries.

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR Operations experience, including payroll and international or multi-country exposure.
• Proven people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Greek labor law and payroll compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, analytical and problem-solving skills, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to counsel and advise senior stakeholders such as market heads and directors.
• Demonstrated AI-first mindset, with active use and practical adoption of AI tools and assistants for productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
