About the Role

You will engineer and support Microsoft and Azure workplace platforms across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. You will lead technical projects and incident investigations, automate operational services, maintain platform roadmaps, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior Microsoft infrastructure, platform, or cloud engineering role
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 services
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity
• Advanced Windows Server administration knowledge
• Experience with Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise Azure services
• Knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, Microsoft Defender, and Zero Trust
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation capability
• Experience with Intune and Windows Autopilot
• Experience delivering complex technical projects and migrations
• Technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering, design, implementation, and operational support for Microsoft platforms
• Own the technical roadmap and lifecycle management of workplace technologies
• Design and support Azure infrastructure services
• Lead Azure Virtual Desktop design, deployment, and operations
• Engineer identity and access management solutions
• Modernise Microsoft infrastructure services
• Develop automation and self-service capabilities
• Lead critical incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Maintain monitoring, recovery processes, and service documentation
• Partner on compliance, regulatory, and security requirements
• Act as a senior technical escalation point
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices
• Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies
