Company

hirify.global operates a global network function supporting secure and resilient enterprise infrastructure.

What you will do

  • Design, implement, maintain, and optimize highly available LAN, WAN, wireless, data center, remote-access, SD-WAN, and cloud network services.
  • Develop architectures integrating on-premises environments with Azure and AWS while applying segmentation, Zero Trust principles, and identity-based access controls.
  • Administer Cisco networking technologies, Palo Alto firewalls, VPN services, SD-WAN platforms, and cloud-native networking services.
  • Lead upgrades, migrations, office deployments, acquisition integrations, testing, cutovers, and transition to operational support.
  • Provide Tier 3 incident escalation, root-cause analysis, network health and capacity monitoring, and sustainable corrective actions across 24x7 environments.
  • Guide network automation, NetDevOps practices, technical standards, documentation, governance, vendor relationships, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • At least seven years of enterprise network engineering experience, including substantial experience designing and supporting complex, highly available environments.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise routing and switching, including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VRFs, QoS, high-availability design, and resilient WAN connectivity.
  • Hands-on expertise with Cisco networking technologies, Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN platforms such as Cisco SD-WAN/Viptela or Prisma SD-WAN.
  • Demonstrable experience with cloud networking in Azure and AWS.
  • Strong understanding of network security, including segmentation, encryption, secure remote access, threat prevention, and security policy enforcement.
  • Experience supporting 24x7 production environments with demanding availability, incident response, disaster recovery, and change-control requirements.
  • Experience leading technical delivery from requirements and design through implementation, testing, documentation, and operational handover.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across global, cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, own complex technical outcomes, and travel within EMEA up to a few times per month.

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as Cisco CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, CCIE, Palo Alto PCNSE, AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty, or Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate.
  • Experience or strong interest in network automation and NetDevOps using Ansible, Python, APIs, Terraform, Git, JSON, or YAML.
  • Experience with source control, peer review, automated validation, CI/CD concepts, monitoring, observability, configuration compliance, inventory, or source-of-truth platforms.
  • Exposure to Zero Trust architecture, Cisco ISE, or other network access control platforms.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and identity-management services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence technical improvements through collaboration rather than direct authority.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Experience with GCP or OCI.

Culture & Benefits

  • Remote work arrangement associated with London, United Kingdom.
  • Collaboration with global network, cloud, infrastructure, information security, application, and service management teams.
  • Work includes controlled, traceable, and appropriately approved production changes under security, audit, and governance requirements.
  • Travel within the EMEA region may be required a few times per month.
