Planner (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for different elements of the WWH project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish accurate timelines.
• Track progress against baseline schedules, identify critical path activities, and analyze potential delays.
• Prepare schedule updates, reports, and forecasts for management and project teams.
• Identify schedule risks, propose mitigation strategies, and incorporate documented project changes.
• Support project plans, work breakdown structures, resource-loaded schedules, planning standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable.
• 3–5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with risk analysis and mitigation strategies in project scheduling.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• PMP or another relevant project management certification.
