Implementation Manager, Enterprise (C1 - B2B) (SaaS)

Location: New York, New York, United States; onsite

Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, depending on skills and experience; additional compensation may include bonuses, commission, and Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Own enterprise partner implementations from kickoff through launch and ongoing enablement.
• Coordinate technical integrations, workflow alignment, compliance approvals, and launch requirements.
• Lead collaboration across Product, Operations, Engineering, and Legal teams and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure technical requirements are met, tested at key milestones, and ready for long-term partner success.
• Train partner teams to operationalize and scale hirify.global solutions.
• Monitor implementation performance, resolve issues, and share best practices for repeatable launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of implementation, onboarding, or program management experience in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Hands-on experience with consumer-facing applications, identity platforms, and APIs.
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven success delivering technical implementations on time and at scale.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills, with a bias for action.
