Product Owner (Software)

Location: On-site in Omaha, Nebraska, United States. Required meetings must be scheduled between 9 am and 3 pm CST.

What you will do

• Define product features and direction for software products built for external clients.
• Facilitate product innovation and visioning between clients and engineering teams.
• Prioritize and schedule development work and manage the product backlog.
• Communicate product plans and progress to clients and development teams.
• Ensure delivered products meet client needs and quality standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience acting as a Product Owner for a software development team.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Management, or Business.
• Good understanding of product development methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a backlog of product features.
• Strong ability to facilitate collaboration and visioning between clients and engineering teams.
