Data Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite in New York or San Francisco, United States

Salary: $155K–$185K base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client data migration and transformation for successful deployments.
• Coordinate data, deployment strategy, engineering, product, and other stakeholders across complex technical programs.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the development lifecycle.
• Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Identify roadblocks and resolve technical, operational, and organizational delivery issues.
• Define success metrics, track progress, and provide data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager, Customer Success Manager, or PM in a fast-paced, complex software development environment.
• Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup environment.
