Senior IC Test Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Review DFX architecture with design teams and define production test requirements from early design stages.
• Define test methodologies and generate test content for high-speed embedded IP interfaces, including LPDDR4/5, PCIe Gen4/5, and D/C/MPHY.
• Code test programs, convert patterns, and perform pre-silicon validation through virtual test simulations.
• Support load board and probe card design, then lead post-silicon test-program debugging and characterization.
• Support Quality & Reliability qualification plans and lead test deployment with tier-one foundry and OSAT vendors for high-volume wafer-sort and final-test operations.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience as an IC Product/Test Engineer, including hands-on bring-up and productization of complex IC products.
• Deep understanding of structural DFT methods, including scan, MBIST, and JTAG.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and a scripting language such as Perl or Python in a Unix environment.
• Experience with data and yield analysis using statistical methods and tools such as JMP.
• Strong ownership, commitment, responsibility, teamwork, adaptability, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Teradyne UltraFlex or UltraFlexPlus.
• Familiarity with Verilog and RTL behavioral simulations.
