Algorithm Developers Tech Lead (Semiconductor)

Location: Migdal Ha'emek, Israel; onsite at the Migdal Haemek Industrial Park

What you will do

• Conduct research and development of innovative algorithms for next-generation optical metrology of semiconductor devices.
• Define algorithm research challenges, assess feasibility, and develop solution concepts.
• Implement algorithms on optical metrology tools and conduct qualification testing.
• Analyze data involving multiple factors and select appropriate methods and techniques to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interact with senior internal and external personnel.
• Work with limited day-to-day instruction while receiving general guidance on new assignments.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Engineering or Physics, or an M.Sc. with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in signal or image processing.
• Experience developing and implementing algorithms using MATLAB or Python.
• Ability and willingness to lead in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with optical systems or microscopy.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
