Internal Communications Business Partner (AI)

Location: Newark, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $139,400–$188,500 USD annually, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders on proactive and reactive messaging, leadership visibility, and executive communications.
• Develop and execute communications strategies connecting employees to business priorities through meetings, newsletters, and engagement moments.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Brand, Marketing, Finance, and People teams on internal communications.
• Translate business topics into compelling stories and content across channels and formats.
• Lead messaging for organizational change initiatives with clarity, empathy, and consistency across cultures.
• Use AI tools, feedback channels, and data to increase impact and refine communications strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications in a global, matrixed environment.
• Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Background in marketing, finance, or business communications.
• Ability to work with emerging communication technologies, including AI.
• Change management experience.
• Ability to engage functional leaders, build consensus, and translate complex topics into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
