AI Enablement Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; onsite five days a week

Salary: $134.3K–$203K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Coordinate agent and internal tool development with engineers, translating business needs into technical direction.
• Run AI training, workshops, documentation, and day-to-day enablement support.
• Build and grow an AI champions program across the organization.
• Draft and operationalize AI guidelines, access policies, usage guardrails, and governance standards.
• Connect teams and stakeholders so the AI Enablement function becomes visible and trusted.
• Own initiatives from early ideas through shipped results across build, enable, and govern streams.

Requirements

• A few years of experience in a fast-moving environment such as operations, strategy, product, consulting, program management, or a similar field.
• Genuine AI-native experience or clear progression toward using AI tools by default and developing deeper expertise.
• Generalist ability to switch between strategy, delivery, and people-focused work.
• Exceptional learning speed and ability to quickly develop depth in unfamiliar areas and apply feedback.
• Strong communication skills and a low-ego, collaborative working style.
• Willingness to work in the office five days a week.

Nice to have

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical foundation, with enough coding exposure to work effectively with engineers.
• Exposure to legal, go-to-market, regulated, or high-trust environments.
• Experience with agent platforms, workflow tools, or no-code/low-code AI.
• Experience starting an initiative from scratch.
