What you will do

• Evaluate business challenges and recommend AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and related technologies.
• Guide stakeholders in defining AI use cases, business outcomes, success metrics, adoption approaches, and implementation priorities.
• Assess AI platforms, models, and services for business fit, governance, data sensitivity, supportability, performance, and cost.
• Support pilots, proofs of concept, evaluation, testing, and tuning while maintaining governance and compliance requirements.
• Develop reusable templates, best practices, reference materials, implementation guidance, and educational content.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, demonstrations, office hours, and training while collaborating with Security, Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Data Governance, and IT.

Requirements

• Microsoft Applied Skills or Microsoft credentials related to Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or Copilot Studio; Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or demonstrated familiarity with relevant technologies.
• Awareness of emerging AI technologies and deployment models, including cloud-hosted, private, and on-premises AI solutions.
• Ability to explain AI concepts, risks, governance requirements, and technology tradeoffs to business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating user guidance, best practices, training materials, implementation recommendations, and adoption frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with Security, Data Governance, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, and related teams.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, AI agents, retrieval-based solutions, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to evaluate AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and suitability for specific business scenarios, with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
