Partner Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Remote (Anywhere)

Salary: $80K–$100K plus equity.

hirify.global is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI, including global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by AI labs and robotics companies.

What you will do

• Prepare partner proposals and agreements from approved templates and maintain records of rates, volumes, and term dates.
• Onboard partners on the platform, issue devices and accounts, and train teams on capture standards.
• Manage device allocation, tracking, replacements, returns, and inventory records with hardware and logistics teams.
• Own partner support, resolve issues, maintain service levels, and coordinate escalations with product, engineering, and finance.
• Monitor partner performance and quality, maintain scorecards and business reviews, and act on declining metrics.
• Own partner payments and reconciliation while building repeatable processes, checklists, and tools for network growth.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in partner or vendor operations, supply or merchant onboarding, business operations, program or project management, or account management.
• Experience running multiple partner launches across time zones with clear processes and close follow-up.
• Highly organized and detail-focused, able to manage multiple partners and tasks simultaneously.
• Uses AI tools to analyze data, draft partner communications, and streamline work processes.
• Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to follow issues through to resolution under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with partners and internal teams.
• High initiative and comfort with ambiguity, including setting priorities and building processes without an established playbook.

Nice to have

• Experience in data collection, AI training data, or BPO services.
• Experience deploying devices and tracking inventory across partner sites.
• Experience running partner operations across multiple countries and time zones.
• Working fluency in one or more regional business languages alongside professional English.
