2027 Spring Manufacturing Engineer Co-op (Semiconductor)

Location: On-site in Billerica, MA, United States; spring co-op dates are January 11, 2027–July 2, 2027.

Salary: $31–$41 per hour.

What you will do

• Work with build and test technicians to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Execute time studies on build and test lines.
• Lead small manufacturing process improvement projects.
• Develop and update operation method sequences (OMSs).
• Support part defect root cause analysis and processing.
• Gain hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assembly and modular testing in a cleanroom environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner with willingness to learn new skills.

Nice to have

• Engineering experience in a development or manufacturing environment.
