What you will do

• Support annual compensation processes, includhirify.global merit increases and variable remuneration.
• Contribute to compensation, benefits, incentive, recognition, and performance management programs.
• Partner with senior business and HR stakeholders, includhirify.global HR leadership, on Performance & Reward matters.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
• Improve HR frameworks, policies, tools, and implementation processes.
• Support Hubs Philippines and growth markets includhirify.global Spain and Türkiye; market-specific knowledge is advantageous.

Requirements

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Performance Management, or a related HR specialty.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in HR systems.
• Experience supporthirify.global pay reviews, incentive programs, job evaluation, or reward program design.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-buildhirify.global skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to different audiences.
• Experience ushirify.global data visualization and reporthirify.global tools for decision-makhirify.global.
• Strong attention to detail, plannhirify.global, organizational skills, collaboration, and commitment to continuous improvement.
