What you will do

• Execute business process transactions accurately and follow established procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to meet performance and quality targets.
• Participate in process improvement projects, data analysis, and quality assurance.
• Identify process bottlenecks and support analysis of data trends and reporting.
• Update and maintain process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience, including proven experience with business process transactions.
• Proficiency in business process management and optimization.
• Continuous learning and awareness of industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP, or significant relevant work experience.
