HRSS Specialist (Benefits PH)

Location: Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines; five-day onsite work environment with flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts based on business needs.

What you will do

• Act as the operational subject matter expert for Philippine benefits administration, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and company-sponsored programs.
• Manage enrollments, updates, changes, and terminations across the full benefits lifecycle while maintaining accuracy and compliance with policies and service levels.
• Partner with HR Shared Services, Payroll, Total Rewards, HR Technology teams, vendors, and benefit providers.
• Support employees and stakeholders with benefits-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure alignment with Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements, analyze root causes, and recommend operational improvements.
• Contribute to process optimization, knowledge management, quality audits, continuous improvement, and regional HR operations initiatives across APJ.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery, preferably in a regional or multi-country environment.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Philippine government-mandated and company-sponsored benefits.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver employee and customer experiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work across morning and afternoon shifts in a five-day onsite environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, Payroll, or Total Rewards.
